民族地区文旅特色小城镇建设动力机制研究

Research on the Dynamic Mechanism of Small Towns with Cultural and Tourism Haracteristics in Ethnic Areas

随着新型城镇化战略和乡村振兴战略的实施,“因地制宜发展特色鲜明、产城融合、充满魅力的特色小镇和小城镇”已经成为完善城乡布局结构、促进各类城市协调发展和城乡融合、解决“三农”问题的重要举措。将民族地区文旅特色小城镇建设视为整体,以价值链理论、系统动力学理论为指导,从文旅特色小城镇建设内在机理出发,探寻民族地区文旅特色小城镇的建设驱动因素,并构建由“内驱力、外拉力、中介力和支持力”四种力量组成的民族文旅特色小城镇建设的动力系统模型,以期为民族地区文旅特色小城镇建设探索新路径。

With the implementation of the new urbanization strategy and Rural Revitalization Strategy,“Developing Characteristic Towns and small towns with distinctive characteristics,industry city integration and charm according to local conditions”has become an important measure to improve the urban-rural layout structure,promote the coordinated development and urban-rural integration of various cities,and solve the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Regard the construction of small towns with cultural and tourism characteristics in ethnic minority areas as a whole,take the value chain theory and system dynamics theory as the guidance,and explore the driving factors of the construction of small towns with cultural and tourism characteristics in ethnic minority areas from the internal mechanism of the construction of small towns with cultural and tourism characteristics,and construct the dynamic system model of the construction of small towns with ethnic cultural and tourism characteristics,which is composed of“internal driving force,external pulling force,intermediary force and support force”,so as to explore the direction of a new path for the construction of small towns with ethnic cultural and tourism characteristics in Ethnic Areas.
