社会学习理论融入高校劳动精神培育路径研究

摘要 党的二十大报告指出:“在全社会弘扬劳动精神、奋斗精神、奉献精神、创造精神、勤俭节约精神,培育时代新风新貌。”新时代劳动精神的培育是推动高校全面落实立德树人根本任务的重要动力,通过探究班杜拉社会学习理论的三元交互决定理论、观察学习理论和自我效能理论与高校学生劳动精神培育的内在契合性,明确在社会学习理论指导下劳动精神培育的重要根基、正确方向及内在动力,以此提出高校学生劳动精神的培育路径,通过打造多元联动的劳动精神培育场域、创设科学丰富的劳动榜样示范库、构建学生为主的三维劳动评价机制等举措以期提升新时代高校学生劳动精神培育的实效性。 The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that“carry forward the spirit of labor,struggle,dedication,creativity,diligence and thrift in the whole society,and cultivate a new style and new appearance of the times”.The cultivation of labor spirit in the new era is an important driving force to promote colleges and universities to fully implement the fundamental task of cultivating virtue and cultivating people,by exploring the intrinsic compatibility between the three-element interaction theory,observational learning theory and self-efficacy theory of Bandura social learning theory and the cultivation of labor spirit of college students,and clarifying the important foundation,correct direction and internal motivation of labor spirit cultivation under the guidance of social learning theory,so as to put forward the cultivation path of labor spirit of college students,and create a diversified and linked labor spirit cultivation field.We have created a scientific and rich labor role model demonstration database and built a student-oriented three-dimensional labor evaluation mechanism to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of the labor spirit of college students in the new era.
