“思政小课堂”与“社会大课堂”协同育人的创新路径研究——以高校学生理论宣讲团为视角

摘要 高校学生理论宣讲团以理论宣讲和实践研学为主要形式,从顶层设计、师资建设、力量聚合、内容建构、空间联结、资源整合六个方面,搭建起了实现“思政小课堂”与“社会大课堂”协同育人的广阔平台。当前,高校学生理论宣讲团还存在宣讲范式微型化碎片化、宣讲内容缺乏深度广度、宣讲形式较为固定单一、宣讲活动可持续性不足、宣讲团自身建设待优化的问题,一定程度上制约了育人成效的发挥。对此,从以上五个问题着手,提出有针对性的优化策略,以推动高校学生理论宣讲团更好地发挥协同育人作用。 In the form of theoretical preaching and practical research,the college students’theoretical propaganda group has built a broad platform to realize the collaborative education of“small ideological and political classroom”and“large social classroom”from six aspects:top-level design,teacher construction,strength aggregation,content construction,spatial connection and resource integration.At present,the college students’theoretical propaganda group has some problems,such as miniaturization and fragmentation of the propaganda paradigm,lack of depth and breadth of the propaganda content,fixed and single form of the propaganda,insufficient sustainability of the propaganda activities,and the self-construction of the propaganda group to be optimized,which to a certain extent restricts the effect of education.Therefore,starting from the above five questions,put forward targeted optimization strategies,aiming at promoting the college students’theoretical propaganda group to better play the role of collaborative education.
