新优质学校教师教学领导力策略提升的实证研究

摘要 教师的教学领导力是影响教育教学质量的重要变量。本文基于自编“新优质学校教师教学领导力调查问卷”,围绕教学决策力、专业发展力、团队协作力三个维度对成都市370所新优质学校的5263位教师展开问卷调查,对50位教师进行访谈,发现教师的教学领导力在教龄、学历、学校位置变量上存在显著差异,教师教学领导力存在教学决策参与度不够、专业发展主动性不高、内外部协作不足的问题。基于分布式领导理论,提升新优质学校教师教学领导力需要政府建构协作平台,学校提高赋权程度,并推进教师间的共享。 The teaching leadership of teachers is an important variable that affects the quality of education and teaching.A self designed survey questionnaire on teaching leadership among teachers in new high-quality schools was conducted,focusing on three dimensions:teaching decision-making,professional development,and team collaboration.The survey was conducted on 5263 teachers from 370 new high-quality schools in Chengdu,and interviews were conducted with 50 teachers.Based on the questionnaire and interview results,it was found that there are significant differences in teaching leadership among teachers in terms of teaching experience,education level,and school location;the teaching leadership of teachers has problems such as insufficient participation in teaching decision-making,low initiative in professional development,and insufficient internal and external collaboration.Based on the theory of distributed leadership,enhancing the teaching leadership of new high-quality school teachers requires the government to construct a collaborative platform,schools to increase empowerment of and sharing among teachers.
