网络空间政治安全视角下公安机关开源情报工作探究

A Study on Information Work of Open Sources in Organizations for Public Security from the Perspective of Political Security in Cyberspace

网络空间政治安全是国家安全的特殊形态。开源情报对公安机关维护国家网络空间政治安全具有积极意义。当前,公安机关开源情报工作存在信息数据筛选困难、语言难以精准翻译、缺乏开源情报技术、人才队伍建设滞后等不足,为此需要搭建智能化网络开源情报工作平台、推进开源情报融合、加强情报人才队伍建设等建议,提高公安机关开源情报的质量,更好维护网络空间政治安全。

Political security in cyberspace is a special form of national political security.The infiltration of western ideology,the spread of separatism and the spread of terrorism have seriously threatened the political security of cyberspace.Open sources information is of positive significance for the organizations for public security to maintain the political security of national cyberspace.At present,there are some difficulties in the intelligence work of open sources in the different organizations for public security,information data screening,accurate language translation,the lack of information technology,and the lag of talent team construction.Therefore,it is proposed to establish a unified national platform for public security services to deal with the intelligence and information,to promote the integration of these open sources,to strengthen the professional members,to improve the quality of information from open sources,and to ultimately safeguard political security in cyberspace.
