摘要
有机硅材料因其出色的力学性能、耐热性、生物相容性和化学惰性等优良特性适用于各种医学应用,而增材制造技术(或3D打印)使得有机硅的复杂结构成型和个性化定制成为可能。本文概述了近些年3D打印技术的进展,并针对性地调研了3D打印有机硅的发展现状、合成原理及分子结构设计,综述了3D打印有机硅在医疗植入物、骨科学、软体机器人、口腔医学、整形外科等多种医学领域的成功医用案例,最后分析并展望了3D打印有机硅领域仍然面临的技术难点和发展趋势。
Silicone materials are used in various medical applications due to their excellent mechanical property,heat resistance,biocompatibility,and chemical inertness.At the same time,additive manufacturing technology(or 3D printing)makes it possible to shape the complex structures or personalized customization of the silicone products.It provides an overview progress of 3D printing technology in recent years,and investigates the development status,synthesis principles,and molecular structure design of 3D printing silicone.It summarizes the successful medical cases of 3D printing silicone in medical fields such as medical implants,osteology,soft robots,dentistry and plastic surgery.Finally,it analyzes and looks forward to the technical difficulties and development trends in the field of 3D printing silicone.
