摘要
机械制造的产品数字化开发技术是提高机械产品设计效率、促进技术创新的重要技术保障,通过优化设计和生产过程,数字化技术有助于减少材料浪费和能源消耗,从而提高了制造业的可持续性。该文围绕面向机械制造的产品数字化开发技术展开深入分析,重点探讨计算机辅助工程(CAE)和数字孪生技术,探讨各项技术在机械制造各个阶段的应用原理与应用特点,并通过具体案例说明其对机械制造的重要性与局限性。研究结果旨在阐明数字化开发技术如何协同作用,促进机械制造领域产品开发的数字化转型,实现更高效、更可持续和更智能的生产方式。
Product digital development technology for mechanical manufacturing is an important technical guarantee to improve the efficiency of mechanical product design and promote technological innovation.By optimizing the design and production process,digital technology helps to reduce material waste and energy consumption,thus improving the sustainability of the manufacturing industry.This paper focuses on the in-depth analysis of product digital development technology for mechanical manufacturing,focusing on computer-aided engineering(CAE)and digital twin technology,exploring the principle of application of each technology to the various stages of mechanical manufacturing and application characteristics,and explaining the importance and limitations of its mechanical manufacturing through specific cases.The results of this paper are intended to illustrate how digital development technologies can work together to promote the digital transformation of product development in the field of mechanical manufacturing,and to realize a more efficient,sustainable and smarter production method.
