In recent years,the fire cases of Cultural venues and museums fully illustrate the hazards of electrical fire and the importance of electric safety of public venues.This paper analyzes the project background of promoting and applying smart electricity in Shanxi Library from the practical and policy levels,introduces the project implementation plan in detail,expounds its functional design and application path,and summarizes its application value and practical benefits.
