再生铜熔炼工艺“三废”治理研究

摘要 再生铜生产项目污染物防控的最重要环节就是熔炼工序,熔炼全过程中以废气污染物对环境影响最为显著。通过对再生铜企业污染状况调查,重点分析再生铜生产原辅材料、反射炉机构及其熔炼机理、生产过程、污染物种类和治理措施可行性等方面,确定熔炼污染物是否能够稳定达标排放。 The most important part of the pollutant prevention and control of recycled copper production projects is the smelting process,and the exhaust gas pollutants have the most significant impact on the environment during the whole smelting process.Through the investigation of the pollution status of recycled copper enterprises,the raw and auxiliary materials of recycled copper production,the reverberatory furnace mechanism and its smelting mechanism,the production process,the types of pollutants and the feasibility of treatment measures are analyzed,and whether the smelting pollutants can be stably discharged up to the standard.
