摘要
本文涉及铸钢件变形检测技术领域,尤其涉及一种铸件曲面变形检测工具及铸件曲面变形检测方法。通过设计一种快速检测工具,经调整测量螺杆至与铸件的曲面接触并标记,将曲面的型线状况复制到长卡板的测量螺杆上,叶片在经过工艺要求处理后,再将该检测工具按照标记的位置放置在铸件曲面上,测量螺杆与曲面之间的间隙距离,便可得知铸件的变形情况。解决了大型水轮机叶片无法在铸造生产现场随时随地快速测量的问题,并为水轮机叶片在各生产工序的尺寸变形量及变形规律分析提供依据,通过测量数据的分析,制定相应的控制预防措施,减少叶片在铸造生产过程中的变形量,从而降低其在生产过程中的质量返修及控制成本,提高生产效率。
This paper involves the technical field of steel casting deformation detection,especially a casting surface deformation detection tool and casting surface deformation detection method.By designing a rapid detection tool,the measuring screw is adjusted to contact with the surface of the casting and marked,the profile condition of the surface is copied to the measuring screw of the long cardboard,the blade is processed according to the process requirements,and then the detection tool is placed on the surface of the casting according to the marked position,and the gap distance between the screw and the surface is measured,and the deformation of the casting can be obtained.It solves the problem that large turbine blades can not be quickly measured at any time and anywhere at the casting production site,and provides a basis for the analysis of the size deformation and deformation law of the turbine blades in each production process,and formulates corresponding control and preventive measures through the analysis of measurement data,so as to reduce the deformation of the blade in the casting production process,thereby reducing its quality repair and control cost in the production process,and improving production efficiency.
