摘要
着重介绍摄影测量系统的研究与应用,通过在铸件上贴反光点,在不同的位置和方向摄影测量,获取同一物体贴点的三幅以上数字图像,经计算机图像匹配处理,及相关数学计算后得到待测点精确的三维坐标,与理论立体模型进行比对和智能化判断,获得检测结果。相比传统尺寸测量,摄影测量能更全面更准确反映铸件尺寸结果,极大提高尺寸检测效率和精度。
Focusing on the research and application of photogrammetry system,by pasting reflective points on the casting,photogrammetry in different positions and directions,obtaining more than three digital images of the same object sticking points,after computer image matching processing,and related mathematical calculations,the accurate three-dimensional coordinates of the points to be measured are obtained,and the theoretical three-dimensional model is compared and intelligently judged,and the detection results are obtained.Compared with traditional dimensional measurement,photogrammetry can reflect the size results of castings more comprehensively and accurately,which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of dimensional inspection.
