摘要
目的通过比较Waardenburg综合征(waardenburg syndrome,WS)患者与非Waardenburg综合征患者人工耳蜗植入术后听力言语恢复效果,明确人工耳蜗植入术能否成为WS患者治疗的有效方式,从而指导临床工作。方法在PubMed、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普医学、万方数据检索国内外关于WS人工耳蜗植入的文献,使用Revman5.41对符合纳入标准的文献临床数据进行Meta分析。结果本研究纳入的文献中,其中包括108例WS患者及785例对照组,Meta分析显示WS组与对照组在术后听觉行为分级标准(Categories of Auditory Performance,CAP)(WS组48例,对照组620例)(MD=-0.10,95%CI:-0.38~0.17,P=0.46)、言语可懂度分级标准(speech intelligibility rating,SIR)评分(WS组48例,对照组620例)(MD=-0.23,95%CI:-0.68~0.22,P=0.31)及青少年儿童及婴幼儿听说能力评估问卷家长观察记录表(parents'evaluation of aural/oral performance of children,PEACH)[电话评分(WS组37例,对照组53例)(MD=0.13,95%CI:-0.48~0.74,P=0.68)、安静评分(WS组37例,对照组53例)(MD=-0.01,95%CI:-0.10~0.09,P=0.91)、噪音评分(WS组37例,对照组53例)(MD=-0.01,95%CI:-0.11~0.10,P=0.88)]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论WS患者人工耳蜗植入术后听力言语恢复与非WS综合征患者基本一致。
Objective To evaluate the value of cochlear implantation as a treatment for WS by comparing hearing and speech recovery after cochlear implantation between Waardenburg syndrome(WS)and non Waardenburg syndrome patients.Methods The literatures on WS cochlear implantation published in China and abroad were retrieved from the PubMed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP medicine and Wanfang databases,and clinical data of studies meeting the inclusion criteria were analyzed using the Revman5.41 software.Results A total of 8 articles were included in this study,including 108 patients with WS and 785 control groups.Meta analysis showed that the scores of categories of audit performance(CAP)in the WS group and the control group(48 cases in the WS group and 620 Cases in the control group)(MD=-0.10,95%CI-0.38~0.17,P=0.46)Speech intelligibility rating(SIR)score(48 cases in WS group and 620 Cases in control group)(MD=-0.23,95%CI-0.68~0.22,P=0.31),,parents'evaluation of aural/oral performance of children,peach[telephone score(37 cases in WS group and 53 cases in control group)(MD=0.13,95%CI-0.48~0.74,P=0.68),quiet score(37 cases in WS group and 53 cases in control group control group(53 cases)(MD=-0.01,95%CI-0.10~0.09,P=0.91),noise score(37 cases in WS group and 53 cases in control group)(MD=-0.01,95%CI-0.11~0.10,P=0.88)]there was no significant difference.Conclusion The hearing and speech recovery of WS patients after cochlear implantation was basically the same as that of non WS patients.
