介休市传统村落发展现状及相关性探究

Research on the development status of Jiexiu traditional villages and the correlation of its influencing factors

以介休市22处传统村落为研究对象,选取人口、经济及地域规模要素作为传统村落发展现状评估要素,结合层次分析法构建评估模型,分析比较介休市传统村落发展现状情况,并进一步分析其与产业发展现状、地势海拔、交通现状之间的相关性关系,得出以下结论:(1)介休市传统村落中洪山村、北辛武村等处于发展前列;马堡村、小靳村等有待发展;(2)介休市传统村落发展现状与第一、第二、第三产业发展现状均成显著正相关关系;(3)与村落及周边地势和海拔高度无明显相关关系;(4)与村落周边最高等级公路和村落向外延伸道路数量存在显著正相关关系,与距最近高速口距离无明显相关关系。该结论可为介休市传统村落发展政策的制定提供依据。

22 traditional villages in Jiexiu City were selected as the research objects,and the population,economy and regional scale were used as the measurement indexes of the development status.The evaluation model was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the development status,industrial development status,traffic convenience and geographical suitability of traditional villages were obtained.Through correlation analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:There is a significant positive correlation between the development status of traditional villages and the status of industrial development in Jiexiu City,which is significantly positively correlated with the development status of the second and third industries,and has no significant correlation with the development status of the first industry.There is a significant positive correlation between the development status of traditional villages in Jiexiu City and the convenience of transportation.There is no significant correlation between the development status of traditional villages in Jiexiu City and geographical suitability.This conclusion can provide a basis for the formulation of traditional village development policies in Jiexiu City.
