基于MaxEnt模型的避暑地产空间布局研究

摘要 避暑地产的空间布局是影响其产品竞争力和吸引力的重要因素之一,是推动避暑地产持续健康发展的先决条件,探讨更科学、客观的避暑地产空间布局适宜性研究方法,对精准预测、划分避暑地产空间布局的适宜区域具有重要意义。MaxEnt模型以其操作简易、用时短、样本需求少、预测精度高的优点被广泛应用于生态位研究领域。以贵阳市为例,首次将MaxEnt模型应用于避暑地产空间布局适宜性研究,旨在探讨基于MaxEnt模型的避暑地产空间布局适宜性研究方法和适用性。结果表明:MaxEnt模型对避暑地产空间布局适宜区域预测效果好、精度高、方法可行,预测结果能够为避暑地产空间布局的规划设计和项目选址提供更科学、客观、可行的指导和理论支撑。 The spatial layout of summer real estate is one of the important factors affecting the competitiveness and attractiveness of its products,and is a prerequisite for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of summer real estate.Exploring a more scientific and objective research method on the spatial layout suitability of summer real estate is of great significance for accurately predicting and dividing the appropriate area for the spatial layout of summer real estate.MaxEnt model is widely used in niche research because of its advantages of simple operation,short time,less sample demand and high prediction accuracy.Taking Guiyang City as an example,this study applied MaxEnt model to the study of spatial layout suitability of summer real estate for the first time,aiming to explore the research methods and applicability of spatial layout suitability of summer real estate based on MaxEnt model.The results show that MaxEnt model has good prediction effect,high precision and feasible method for the suitable area of summer real estate spatial layout,and the prediction results can provide more scientific,objective and feasible guidance and theoretical support for the planning and design of summer real estate spatial layout and project site selection.
