摘要
在城市更新改造过程中深基坑开挖将诱发围岩与地表变形,从而对周围各类市政设施及建筑设施安全产生严重威胁。对某市区富水区深基坑开挖,分析并研究开挖过程对周围建筑和毗邻管网的影响。采用数值分析法系统分析并模拟随着基坑降水以及开挖施工阶段研究对象的位移和变形情况。结果表明初始很小随着距基坑边缘距离增加,地表沉降量逐渐增大,而后地表沉降量逐渐减小,开始降水后地面开始产生大面积下沉。周边建筑和管道的沉降及变形会随着基坑开挖深度的增加而迅速增大。
In the process of urban renewal and reconstruction,deep foundation pit excavation will induce deformation of surrounding rocks and ground surface,thus posing a serious threat to the safety of various types of municipal facilities and building facilities in the surrounding area.This paper analyzes and studies the impact of deep foundation excavation in a water-rich area of an urban area on the surrounding buildings and adjoining pipeline network during the excavation process.Numerical analysis is used to systematically analyze and simulate the displacement and deformation of the study object as the pit is lowered and during the excavation construction phase.The results show that the initial very small surface settlement gradually increases with the increase of distance from the edge of the pit,and then the surface settlement gradually decreases,and the ground starts to produce large subsidence after the beginning of precipitation.The settlement and deformation of the surrounding buildings and pipelines will increase rapidly with the increase of the excavation depth of the pit.
