稠油采出液油水分离旋流工作参数优化研究

摘要 针对稠油相对于常规采出液分离难度大的特点,以螺旋流道形旋流器为基础设计了一套稠油产出液高效处理工艺流程,并通过数值模拟方法对旋流分离装置的运行操作参数进行优化模拟对比分析,研究了不同入口流量、分流比以及入口含水体积分数对流场和整体分离效率的影响规律。研究结果表明:旋流器螺旋流道结构可实现稠油介质油相的聚结,实现稠油采出液油水两相的分离;当Ⅰ-1旋流器入口流量为5 m^(3)/h,分流比为0.4,含水体积分数为95%,Ⅰ-2旋流器分流比为0.3时,Ⅰ-1旋流器、Ⅰ-2旋流器分离效率分别为96.44%、99.76%;当入口含油质量浓度为15200 mg/L时,第一级底流出口含油质量浓度1275 mg/L,第二级底流出口含油质量浓度1359 mg/L。研究结论可为稠油处理的工艺流程设计和操作参数优化提供借鉴。 Heavy oil is more difficult to be separated than conventional oil.On the basis of helical flow chan-nel cyclone,an efficient treatment process flow for produced fluid of heavy oil was designed.Then,the numerical simulation method was used to conduct optimization simulation and comparative analysis on the operating parameters of the cyclone separator,and study the influence of different inlet flow rates,diversion ratios and inlet volume frac-tion of water on the flow field and overall separation efficiency.The study results show that the helical flow channel structure of the cyclone achieves coalescence of oil phase in heavy oil,that is,achieves oil and water separation of produced fluid of heavy oil.When the inlet flow rate,diversion ratio and water cut ofⅠ-1 cyclone are 5 m^(3)/h,0.4 and 95%respectively,and the diversion ratio ofⅠ-2 cyclone is 0.3,the separation efficiency ofⅠ-1 andⅠ-2 cyclones is 96.44%and 99.76%respectively.When the inlet oil mass concentration is 15200 mg/L,the oil mass concentration at the first and second stages of apexes is 1275 mg/L and 1359 mg/L respectively.The study conclusions provide reference for the process design and operation parameter optimization of heavy oil treatment.
