摘要
以郑州地铁12号线车辆段建筑垃圾填筑路基为背景,首先论述了建筑垃圾的组成成分和作为路基填料的可能性;然后以混凝土块和碎砖作为再生填料的主要成分进行室内试验,明确了再生填料的最佳配合比,并在此基础上研究了砖含量与最大干密度和承载比的关系,拟合出最大干密度与砖含量的二次曲线;最后通过试验段验证了建筑垃圾作为路基填料的可行性。通过研究可知,根据不同砖、砼比例设计建筑垃圾再生料,能够满足多种回填区域的强度要求,做到最大程度回收再利用,可作为类似工程的参考。
Based on the subgrade filled by construction waste of Zhengzhou Metro Line 12 vehicle depot,this paper discusses the composition of construction waste and the possibility of using construction waste as roadbed fller firstly.Then,concrete blocks and broken bricks are used as the main components of regenerating fller in laboratory tests to determine the best mix ratio of recycled filler,and on this basis,the relationship between brick content and maximum dry density and CBR is studied.The quadratic curves of maximum dry density and brick content are fitted,and the feasibility of using construction waste as subgrade filler is verified through the test section.Through the research,it can be seen that the design of construction waste recycled materials according to different proportions of bricks and concrete can meet the strength requirements of various backfill areas and achieve maximum recycling and reuse,and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
