摘要
为解决多层装配式钢框架消能结构连接方式对其抗震性能的影响,以新建石景山区北辛安社区养老及助残服务中心为研究对象,运用室内物理模拟的手段,建立了预埋件连接和焊接连接2种不同的小比例尺试件,对比两者的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度曲线、延性和耗能参数等抗震性能指标。结果表明:两种连接方式的滞回曲线都呈饱满的梭形,耗能性能良好;相比于焊接连接,预埋件连接的屈曲约束支撑屈服位移明显增加、屈服荷载则降低,极限位移和极限荷载的变化规律则恰好相反;两种连接方式的初始刚度接近,割线刚度随位移的增加均呈现指数降低;相同位移下,预埋件连接的试件具有更大的割线刚度,但延性系数更小;预埋件连接试件的能量耗散系数、等效黏滞阻尼系数均约为焊接连接试件的0.81倍,表明屈曲约束支撑采用焊接连接方式具有更为优越的抗震性能。
To address the impact of connection methods on the seismic performance of multi-story prefabricated steel frame structures,the newly built Beixin'an Community Elderly Care and Disability Service Center in Shijingshan District was taken as the research object.Using indoor physical simulation methods,two different small scale models were established,including embedded and welded connections.The seismic performance indicators such as hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stffness curve,ductility,and energy dissipation parameters were compared.The results show that the hysteresis curves of both connection methods exhibit a full shuttle shape and have good energy dissipation performance;compared to welded connections,the buckling constraint support of embedded connections significantly increases the yield displacement,while the yield load decreases.The variation patterns of ultimate displacement and ultimate load are exactly opposite;the initial stffness of the two connection methods is close,and the secant stiffness shows an exponential decrease with increasing displacement;under the same displacement,the specimens connected by embedded parts have greater secant stiffness,but smaller ductility coefficients;the energy dissipation coefficient and equivalent viscous damping coefficient of the embedded connection specimen are both about 0.81 times that of the welded connection specimen,indicating that the use of welded connection for buckling constraint support has superior seismic performance.
