摘要
针对高桩码头桩帽及靠船构件结构特征,结合闽江水口库区主航道高落差水位条件,在传统钢吊箱围堰基础上进行结构优化和创新,增加靠船构件密闭空腔、设计靠船构件专用安放装置,为水下桩帽施工创造干施工作业条件,解决高桩码头水下桩帽施工和靠船构件安装技术难题。通过分析钢吊箱围堰、码头桩帽和靠船构件施工过程中各种最不利工况,确定荷载及取值,采用有限元法计算钢吊箱各部件变形和受力状况,分别对钢吊箱底板及壁体、拉压杆及剪力板、靠船构件安装舱室、靠船构件临时固定措施等进行了验算,均达到规范要求。
This article focuses on the structural characteristics of pile caps and ship-relying components at high-piled wharves,taking into account the significant water level differences in the main channel of the Minjiang River estuary.It builds upon the traditional steel coferdam by optimizing its structure and introducing innovative features.These include the addition of sealed cavities for ship-relying components and the design of specialized devices for their placement,thereby enabling dry construction conditions for the installation of underwater pile caps and addressing the technical challenges associated with high-piled wharf construction and the installation of ship-relying components.The study conducts a thorough analysis of the most challenging conditions encountered during the construction of steel cofferdams,wharf pile caps,and ship-relying components to establish the appropriate loads and their values.It employs the finite element method to calculate the deformation and stress conditions of the steel cofferdam's various components.This includes evaluations of the cofferdam's bottom plate and walls,tension and pressure rods,shear plates,the compartments for installing ship-relying components,and the temporary fixing measures.All these elements were verified to meet industry standards,ensuring the structural integrity and feasibility of the construction approach under adverse conditions.
