铁路四电设备房屋混凝土结构打孔装备设计

摘要 在铁路四电设备房屋施工过程中,需在设备房屋上打孔,以便于植筋或吊架安装等。传统打孔施工一般采用人工打孔的方式,打孔效率低,质量不稳定,并且劳动强度大,灰尘污染严重,存在高空坠落风险等。本文介绍了铁路四电设备房屋混凝土结构打孔装备,装备通过调节架调整电锤的位置与角度,使电锤能够在准确的位置打孔,自动钻杆通过拨动操纵臂使弹簧蓄力,弹簧释放弹力使电锤自动沿着自动钻杆轴向移动,同时通过延伸开关控制电锤开启,完成自动打孔,以解决现在人工打孔效率低、质量不稳定、职业病危害以及智能化打孔受到限制无法广泛使用的问题。 In the construction process of railway four electric equipment housing,it is necessary to punch holes in the equipment housing for reinforcement or hanger installation.The traditional drilling construction generally adopts manual drlling method,which has low drling efficiency,unstable quality,high labor intensity,serious dust pollution,and a risk of falling from high altitudes.This paper introduces the drlling equipment for concrete structures in railway four electrical equipment room.In this equipment,the position and angle of the hammer are adjusted through the adjustment frame,so that the hammer can be punched in the exact position.The automatic drilling rod makes the spring force storage by toggling the manipulator arm,and the spring releases the elastic force to make the hammer automatically move along the axial direction of the automatic drlling rod.At the same time,the electric hammer is controlled to open by extending the switch to complete the automatic punching,so as to solve the problems of low efficiency of manual drlling,unstable quality,occupational hazards and the restriction of intelligent drilling that cannot be widely used.
