摘要
对于特长隧道施工通风,以前多是利用斜井、横洞等辅助坑道作为排风道进行巷道式通风,而对于没有辅助坑道的高速公路分离式高瓦斯特长隧道施工通风,风险更高,经验很少,有待进一步研究。为此,结合桐新高速公路高瓦斯宗宝山隧道工程,对其阶段施工通风方案进行研究,实践表明:通过创新采用“隧道弃碴回填+实心砖+喷射砼封闭”的风门设置,可以使风机、变压器、备用电源等设备能够按照非防爆型进洞配备;通过巧妙设计的风门形式和位置,利用分离式隧道一段作为通风巷道,另一段隧道作为压入式通风设备安装通道,这种“巷道+压入”式通风方式,施工简单,成本低,有效解决了长距离高瓦斯隧道通风难题,确保了施工安全,相关经验值得借鉴。
For the construction ventilation of extra-long tunnels,it was mostly to use auxiliary tunnels such as inclined shafts and cross tunnels as exhaust ducts for roadway ventilation in the past.However,for the construction ventilation of high-speed highway separated high-gas long tunnels without auxiliary tunnels,the risks are higher and the experience is scarce,which needs further research.Therefore,combined with the high-gas Zongbaoshan Tunnel project of the Tongzi-Xinpu Expressway,the stage construction ventilation plan is studied.Practice shows that by innovatively adopting the'tunnel waste backfll+solid brick+sprayed concrete sealing'air door setting,the fans,transformers,backup power supplies and other equipment can be equipped according to the non-explosion-proof type entrance;through the cleverly designed air door form and location,using a section of the separated tunnel as a ventilation roadway and the other section of the tunnel as a pressurized ventilation equipment installation channel,this'roadway+pressurized'ventilation method is simple to construct,low in cost,and effectively solves the ventilation problem of long-distance high-gas tunnels,ensuring construction safety.The relevant experience is worth learning.
