合川东隧道软弱围岩变形机理及控制措施研究

摘要 随着交通建设的发展,软岩隧道安全快速施工成为交通工程建设攻克的关键问题。为探究软岩隧道变形机理及控制技术,以新建西安至重庆高速铁路合川东隧道工程为例,分析了该隧道的地质特征和变形破坏特征,得出了软岩隧道的变形机理,并提出了“恒阻长锚索+注浆锚杆+双层初期支护”的联合支护方案。现场实践得出,采用“恒阻长锚索+注浆锚杆+双层初期支护”的联合支护方案后,隧道拱顶最大沉降量为167 mm,拱肩最大变形量为137 mm,帮部最大变形量为80 mm,围岩大变形控制效果良好,满足规范要求。研究结果为同类工程建设提供了依据和借鉴。 With the development of traffic construction,the safe and rapid construction of soft rock tunnel has become the key problem of traffic engineering construction.To explore the deformation mechanism and control technology of soft rock tunnel,with the newly built Hechuandong Tunnel project of Xi'an-Chongqing High-Speed Railway as an example,this paper obtained the deformation mechanism of soft rock tunnel by analyzing the geological characteristics of the tunnel and deformation failure characteristics,and put forward the joint support scheme of'constant resistance long anchor cable+grouting bolt+double-layer initial support'.The field practice results show that after adopting the joint support scheme of'constant resistance long anchor cable+grouting bolt+double-layer initial support',the maximum settlement of the tunnel vault is 167 mm,the maximum deformation of the arch shoulder is 137 mm,the maximum deformation of the support part is 80 mm,and the large deformation control effect of the surrounding rock is good,which meets the standard requirements:The research results provide the basis and reference for the construction of similar projects at home and abroad.
