经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transumbilical Single-hole Laparoscopic Surgery on Benign Ovarian Tumors

目的:分析卵巢良性肿瘤患者采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月安顺市人民医院收治的卵巢良性肿瘤患者90例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组采用传统多孔腹腔镜手术治疗,研究组采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者手术指标、美容满意度评分、疼痛评分及术后并发症。结果:研究组手术时间、术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组美容满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组术后2、24 h、48 h视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:与传统多孔腹腔镜手术相比,经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤效果显著,可减轻患者术后疼痛程度,手术时间短,并发症发生率低,且术后美容满意度评分高,有助于加快患者康复速度。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery on patients with benign ovarian tumors.Methods:A total of ninety patients with benign ovarian tumor admitted to Anshun People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with forty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional porous laparoscopic surgery,and the study group was treated with transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery.The surgical indexes,aesthetic satisfaction scores,pain scores and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,postoperative exhaust time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The beauty satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The visual simulation scores of the study group at 2,24 and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with traditional porous laparoscopic surgery,transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic surgery has a significant effect on the treatment of benign ovarian tumors,which can reduce the postoperative pain of patients,shorten the operation time,lower the incidence of complications,and high postoperative aesthetic satisfaction score,which is conducive to speeding up the recovery of patients.
