手法复位治疗肩关节脱位的效果分析

Effect of Manual Reduction in the Treatment of Shoulder Dislocation

目的:探究肩关节脱位患者以上举牵引复位法治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年3—9月盘江煤电集团有限责任公司医院收治的肩关节脱位患者70例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各35例。参照组以手牵足蹬复位法治疗,研究组以上举牵引复位法治疗。比较两组患者复位成功情况、复发情况、复位时间、疼痛程度、肩关节功能评分及并发症发生率。结果:研究组复位成功率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);研究组复发率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);研究组复位时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组疼痛评分降低、肩关节功能评分升高,研究组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:肩关节脱位患者以上举牵引复位法治疗可以有效提升复位成功率,降低复发率,减轻疼痛感,缩短复位时间,可促进患者康复且并发症发生率较低。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of overhead suspension-traction reduction method in patients with shoulder dislocation.Methods:70 patients with shoulder dislocation admitted to the Hospital of Guizhou Panjiang Coal and Electric Power Group from March to September 2022 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into the reference group and the study group,each with 35 cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The reference group was treated with hand-foot-Pushing reduction,and the study group was treated with overhead suspension-traction reduction method.The two groups were compared in terms of success rate of reduction,recurrence rate,reduction time,pain level,shoulder function score and complication rate.Results:The reduction success rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003);the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);the reduction time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after the treatment,pain scores of the two groups were reduced,and the functional scores of the shoulder joints were elevated;the study group was better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:Shoulder dislocation patients can be effectively treated with uplift traction reduction method to increase the success rate of reduction,reduce the recurrence rate,alleviate the pain,shorten the time of reduction,and promote the recovery of the patients with a lower incidence of complications.
