注射用氯诺昔康治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果

Effect of Injection Clonoxicam in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的:观察注射用氯诺昔康治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月于四川护理职业学院附属医院(四川省第三人民医院)康复医学科住院治疗的符合2015年美国风湿病学会联合欧洲抗风湿病联盟痛风分类标准的急性痛风性关节炎患者68例为研究对象,采用注射用氯诺昔康治疗的患者为试验组(n=34),采用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗的患者为对照组(n=34)。比较两组疼痛及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者数字疼痛量表(NRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、5 d后,试验组患者NRS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:注射用氯诺昔康治疗急性痛风性关节炎患者可减轻疼痛,不良反应较少,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of injection clonoxicam in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:68 patients with acute gouty arthritis hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Vocational College of Nursing(The Third People's Hospital of Sichuan Province)from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,who also met the 2015 Gout Classification Criteria An American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism Collaborative Initiative.Those treated with injection clonoxicam were the test group(n=34)and patients treated with ibuprofen extended-release capsules were the control group(n=34).Pain and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the Numeric Pain Rating Scale(NPRS)scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);3 and 5 days after treatment,the NRS scores of the patients in the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in patients in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:The treatment of acute gouty arthritis patients with injection clonoxicam can reduce pain and have fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
