八珍汤联合当归补血汤辅助治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的临床效果

Combination of Bazhen Decoction and Danggui Buxue Decoction in Treating Myelosuppression in Gynecologic Malignant Tumors after Chemotherapy

目的:探究八珍汤联合当归补血汤辅助治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年3月河源市龙川县人民医院收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者88例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组及对照组,各44例。两组患者均采用TC(紫杉醇+卡铂)化疗方案,对照组于化疗结束后24 h经皮下注射重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子,研究组在对照组基础上应用服八珍汤联合当归补血汤。比较两组血常规指标、骨髓抑制发生情况和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组白细胞计数、血红蛋白及血小板水平均下降,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组骨髓抑制发生情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047)。结论:八珍汤联合当归补血汤在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后应用能够有效减轻骨髓抑制,维持白细胞、血红蛋白及血小板的稳定,减少患者化疗不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Bazhen Decoction combined with Danggui Buxue Decoction in the ad⁃juvant treatment of Myelosuppression after chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors.Methods:88 patients with gyneco⁃logical malignant tumors admitted to Longchuan County People's Hospital in Heyuan from January 2021 to March 2023 were se⁃lected as the study subjects,and were divided into a study group and a control group,each group with 44 patients by using the ran⁃dom number table method.Both groups were treated with TC(paclitaxel+carboplatin)chemotherapy.Twenty-four hours after che⁃motherapy Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor was administered subcutaneously in patients of control group while the Combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction administered orally in the study group on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of blood routine indexes,occurrence of myelosuppression and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,white blood cell count,hemoglobin and platelet level decreased in both groups,and the research group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the occurrence of myelosup⁃pression in the research group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.002);and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant dif⁃ference(P=0.047).Conclusion:The application of Bazhen Decoction combined with Danggui Buxue Decoction after chemotherapy for gynecological malignant tumors can effectively reduce bone marrow suppression,maintain the stability of leukocytes,hemoglo⁃bin and platelets,and reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy in patients.
