血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年女性失眠的效果

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Insomnia in Elderly Women

目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年女性失眠的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月北京市海淀区东升镇社区卫生服务中心收治的老年女性失眠患者74例作为观察对象,以数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047);治疗后,两组入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、睡眠质量、日间功能障碍评分及总分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心理健康、精神健康、社会功能、生理功能、情感智能、躯体疼痛、生命活力、总体健康评分高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤加减治疗老年女性失眠的效果显著,可改善患者睡眠质量,提高生活质量,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of insomnia in elderly women.Methods:Seventy-four elderly female insomnia patients admitted to Beijing Haidian District Dongsheng Town Community Health Service Center from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by numerical random method,with thirty-seven cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.047);After treatment,the sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,sleep quality,daytime dysfunction scores and total scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of mental health,mental health,social function,physiological function,emotional intelligence,physical pain,vital vitality and overall health of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of insomnia in elderly women has remarkable effect,can improve patients'sleep quality,improve quality of life,and has clinical promotion value.
