Effect of Implementing Extended Care Services on Patients with Long-term Indwelling Catheters

目的:探讨延伸护理服务在长期留置尿管患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年3月淄博市临淄区妇幼保健院接受治疗的长期留置尿管患者188例作为观察对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各94例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施延伸护理。比较两组不良事件发生率、心理状态和护理满意度。结果:观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:对长期留置尿管患者实施延伸护理服务可以减少不良事件的发生,改善患者心理状态,提高满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of extended care services on patients with long-term indwelling catheters.Method:188 patients with long-term indwelling catheters who received long-term treatment at Zibo Linzi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022,were collected as study subjects,and divided into observation group and control group,each 94 patients,according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received extended care on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse events,psychological condition and nursing satisfaction in the two groups was compared.Results:The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);after nursing,the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037).Conclusion:The implementation of extended nursing services for patients with long-term indwelling urinary catheters can reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve the psychological state of patients,and increase satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
