猫肥厚型心肌病生物标志物的应用现状和研究进展

Application Status and Research Progress of Biomarkers in Feline Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

肥厚型心肌病是猫常见的心脏疾病,目前其临床诊断和治疗管理均存在一定的挑战。生物标志物是近年来新兴的心脏病临床诊断工具,通常操作简便快捷,与心脏病常规诊断技术联合使用,可为疾病的诊断、监测和预后提供更多信息。本文归纳了心脏生物标志物在猫肥厚型心肌病诊疗中的应用现状和研究进展,旨在为生物标志物在猫肥厚型心肌病中的临床应用提供循证医学依据,为猫心肌病相关的新型心脏生物标志物的开发提供理论参考。

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)is a common heart disease in cats,and its clinical diagnosis and treatment management pose certain challenges.Biomarkers are emerging clinical diagnostic tools for heart diseases in recent years.They are usually simple and fast to operate.When used in conjunction with conventional diagnostic techniques for heart diseases,they can provide more information for the diagnosis,monitoring,and prognosis of diseases.This article summarizes the application status and research progress of cardiac biomarkers in the diagnosis and treatment of feline HCM.The aim is to provide evidence-based medicine for the clinical application of biomarkers in feline HCM and to provide theoretical references for the development of novel cardiac biomarkers related to feline cardiomyopathy.
