舒泰对18只黑猩猩短期重复化学保定的效果分析

摘要 为配合黑猩猩引进检疫和转运,本试验使用舒泰分别对18只(第1次)和15只(第2次)黑猩猩进行短期内2次化学保定,通过比较用药剂量及诱导期、麻醉期和恢复期的持续时间差异,探讨舒泰对不同年龄和性别黑猩猩的保定效果。结果显示:保定效果总体良好,黑猩猩均未出现严重不良反应和死亡,2次保定的用药剂量介于1.69~9.75 mg/(kg·bw),平均用药剂量为(4.90±2.02)mg/(kg·bw);诱导期黑猩猩四肢逐渐无力,对外部刺激逐渐失去反应;麻醉期生理状况平稳,肌松效果良好,睁眼,呼吸平稳通畅,翻正反射和痛觉消失;恢复期眼睑和前肢手指最先活动,随后肢体动作逐渐加大,至完全恢复正常;统计结果显示,成年组的平均用药剂量显著高于幼年组和老年组(P<0.05);恢复期时长存在年龄依赖性增长(P<0.05);雄性组的诱导期时长显著少于雌性组(P<0.05)。本试验结果可为临床使用舒泰对黑猩猩进行化学保定提供参考。 In coordination with the quarantine and transfer of Pan troglodytes,this study employed Zoletil for two short-term chemical anesthetics on 18(first time)and 15(second time)Pan troglodytes.By comparing the differences in anesthetic dosage,induction period,anesthesia period,and recovery period,the anesthetic effect of Zoletil on Pan troglodytes of different ages and genders was investigated.The results showed a generally good anesthetic effect,with no serious adverse reactions or deaths observed.The anesthetic dosage for the two anesthetizations ranged from 1.69 to 9.75 mg/(kg·bw),with an average dosage of(4.90±2.02)mg/(kg·bw).During the induction period,Pan troglodytes gradually lost strength in their limbs and gradually became unresponsive to external stimuli.In the anesthesia period,physiological conditions remained stable,muscle relaxation was good,eyes were open,breathing was steady and unobstructed,and righting reflex and pain sensation disappeared.In the recovery period,eyelids and fingers were the first to move,followed by gradually increasing limb movements until complete recovery.Statistical results showed that the average dosage in the adult group was significantly higher than in the juvenile and elderly groups(P<0.05).The duration of the recovery period showed age-dependent growth(P<0.05),and the duration of the induction period in the male group was significantly shorter than in the female group(P<0.05).The results of this study can provide a reference for the clinical use of Zoletil in chemical anesthetization of Pan troglodytes.
