摘要
目前对于高校创新创业教育的效果尚缺乏深入的量化研究。以广东省高校创新创业教育为研究对象,运用结构方程模型,实证研究创新创业教育“供给”“需求”“能力”三种模式对大学生创业意愿与创造力的影响。研究发现,三种不同模式的创新创业教育对大学生创业意愿的产生和大学生创造力的培养具有不同程度的影响,需求模式尤其对大学生创造力有显著提升。研究结论为教育管理者更好地预见创新创业教育的效果、完善创新创业教育模式、优化创业课程体系提供了理论依据。
There is still a lack of in-depth quantitative research on the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.This article takes innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities in Guangdong Province as the research object,and uses structural equation modeling to empirically study the impact of the“supply”,“demand”,and“ability”modes of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial willingness and creativity of college students.Research has found that three different modes of innovation and entrepreneurship education have varying degrees of impact on the generation of entrepreneurial intentions and the cultivation of creativity among college students,especially the demand mode has a significant impact on the creativity of college students.The research conclusion provides a theoretical basis for educational managers to better anticipate the effects of innovation and entrepreneurship education,improves the innovation and entrepreneurship education model,and optimizes the entrepreneurship curriculum system.
