卵圆窝造影在卵圆孔未闭精准封堵临床教学中的应用

摘要 为研究卵圆窝造影技术在卵圆孔未闭封堵临床带教中的应用价值,将2022年于西安交通大学第一附属医院结构性心脏病科学习的50名进修医师与规培医师随机分为2组,即对照组(采用传统心动超声教学模式)和实验组(采用卵圆窝造影技术联合经胸超声心动图的教学模式)。两组医师前期均无卵圆孔未闭封堵相关学习经历,在入科时间、年龄、性别上无统计学差异。在教学结束之后,比较两组卵圆孔未闭相关心腔内解剖结构的理论测试成绩,并通过问卷调查学生的课程兴趣度、满意度以及自我评价等反映教学效果。结果表明:采用卵圆窝造影技术结合心动超声的新型教学模式的实验组,其理论测试成绩总分明显高于对照组(p<0.01),对不同形态卵圆孔未闭合并脑卒中的封堵案例分析的差异亦十分显著(p<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,实验组的课堂兴趣度、满意度以及自我评价均较对照组明显升高(p<0.05)。因此,卵圆窝造影技术联合经胸超声心动图的教学方法在卵圆孔未闭封堵临床教学中可以有效缩短教学时间,提升教学质量。 To study the application value of angiography of the foramen ovale in the clinical teaching of patent foramen ovale occlusion,50 physicians from other hospitals who studied in the cardiology department of our hospital in 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,namely,the control group(using the traditional teaching mode of echocardiography)and the experimental group(using the teaching mode of angiography combined with transthoracic echocardiography).The two groups of physicians had no previous learning experience related to patent foramen ovale occlusion,and there was no statistical difference in admission time,age and gender.After the teaching,the theoretical test results of the two groups of patent foramen ovale related intracardiac anatomical structures were compared,and the teaching effects were reflected through a questionnaire survey of students’interest in courses,satisfaction and self-evaluation.The total score of the theoretical test in the experimental group using the new teaching mode was significantly higher than that in the control group(p<0.01),and the difference in the analysis of typical occlusion cases of different forms of patent foramen ovale was also significant(p<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the class interest,satisfaction and self-evaluation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).The new teaching method of combined oval fossa angiography with transthoracic echocardiography can effectively shorten the teaching time and improve the teaching quality in the clinical teaching of patent foramen ovale closure.
