新能源汽车专业实训基地建设与实践教学研究

Research on Construction and Practice Teaching of Training Base of New Energy Vehicle Specialty

近年来,新能源汽车行业发展飞快,导致市场对于技能型人才的需求量剧增。高校作为重要的人才培养基地,理应加大改革力度,积极改革教学方法,为新能源汽车专业教学工作的开展提供先进的实践场地与相关设备,引导学生深入认识新能源汽车,为新能源汽车市场不断输送高质量人才。首先,分析新能源汽车发展背景;其次,指出新能源汽车专业教学现存问题;再次,从价值、原则以及策略等三个层面讨论新能源汽车专业实训基地建设问题;最后,提出六条新能源汽车专业实践教学课程体系构建策略,以期为相关工作者提供有益借鉴。

In recent years,the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly,leading to a sharp increase in the market demand for skilled talents.As an important talent training base,colleges and universities should intensify reform efforts,actively adopt effective teaching methods,provide advanced practice sites and related equipment for the teaching of new energy vehicles,guide students to have an in-depth understanding of new energy vehicles,and constantly transport high-quality talents for the new energy vehicle market.This paper first analyzes the development background of new energy vehicles and then it points out the existing problems in the teaching of new energy vehicle.Secondly,the construction of new energy vehicle training base is discussed from three aspects:value,principle and strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward six strategies for the construction of practical teaching curriculum system of new energy vehicle major,in order to provide useful reference for relevant workers.
