摘要
“三联”培养模式以提升专业学位研究生的研究专业技能和实践能力为目标,针对专业学位研究生教育普遍存在的理论知识与实际应用脱节、研究生实践能力差的现实问题,提出“三联”协同模式的改革新方法。探索“导师团队”“培养基地”“实践平台”三者联合协同培养模式的理论构建及实施方式。实践案例中研发了具有高强度、低密度、低介电常数、低电磁损耗、超疏水性能的纳米复合泡沫材料,以应用于新一代高性能5G天线罩。基于此案例探究了“三联”协同模式在提高专业学位研究生实践能力的可行性。
The tripartite joint collaborative training aims to improve the professional research skills and practical ability of professional degree graduate students.Aiming at the critical problems of the widespread disconnection between theoretical knowledge and practical application of professional degree graduate education,and the poor practical ability of graduate students,the tripartite joint collaborative mode is proposed as a new reform method.We explored the theoretical construction and implementation methods of the joint collaborative training mode which involves the“advisor team”,“training base”and“practice platform”.In a practical case,nanocomposite foams with high strength,low density,low dielectric constant,low electromagnetic loss and superhydrophobic properties was developed for new generation of high-performance 5G blister.The project explores the feasibility of the tripartite joint collaborative training in improving the practical ability of professional degree graduates.
