新文科视域下应用型大学“多语种+”人才培养路径探析

摘要 新文科和应用型大学之间存在“相生互补”的关系,外语教育的“多语化”和“多语种+”趋势对应用型院校的新文科建设有着十分重大的战略作用。培育“多语种+”人才应充分利用外语专业的双重跨学科属性,注重多语种课程间的衔接、语言课程与非语言课程间的交叉、语言与新技术的融合,以及贯通不同的专业集群,给予学生选择课程的自由。应用型高校须根据自身的发展,确立差异化的战略定位,积极与政府、企业共同携手统筹,树立新文科理念,构建具有人文内涵、地域特色和校本优势的立体人才培养模式。 There is a complementary relationship between the new liberal arts and application universities.The“multi-lingual”and“multi-language+”trends of foreign language education have a great strategic role in the construction of new liberal arts in applied universities.Cultivating“multi-language+”talents should take advantage of the dual interdisciplinary attributes of foreign language majors,focusing on the linkage between multilingual courses,cross-language courses and non-language courses,the integration of language and new technologies,and connection of different professional clusters,in order to give students the freedom of course selection.Applied universities must establish a differentiated strategic positioning to adapt to their development,actively work together with the government and enterprises,establish a new liberal arts concept,and build a three-dimensional talent cultivating program with humanistic connotation,regional characteristics and school-based advantages.
