基于专业特点开展大学生劳动教育研究——以园林园艺专业为例

Research on Labor Education for College Students Based on the Characteristics of Majors:Taking Landscape Horticulture as an Example

劳动教育是培养造就全面发展人才的必要条件,不应停留于掌握劳动技能,更要塑造人格、完善品德、培养观念。将结合园林园艺的专业性、职业性特点,利用活动实践指导大学生在敬老院开展劳动教育,分析其在敬老院开展劳动教育的适用性和可行性。通过针对性分析提出劳动教育对不同主体产生的积极影响,推动高校根据专业特点对学生劳动教育进行因地制宜的培养方案制订,提高学生的道德素养和职业技能水平,最终实现高校培养人才的全面发展。

Labor education is a necessary condition for the cultivation of all-rounded talents,and it should not stop at mastering labor skills,but also focus at shaping personality,perfecting moral character and cultivating concepts.This paper will analyze the applicability and feasibility of labor education in homes for the elderly by guiding college students to carry out labor education in homes for the elderly by using activity practice in conjunction with the professional and vocational characteristics of landscape horticulture.Through targeted analysis,the positive impact of labor education on different subjects is proposed to promote colleges and universities to make localized training programs for students’labor education according to professional characteristics,improve students’moral quality and vocational skills level,and finally realize the comprehensive development of talents cultivated by colleges and universities.
