早期高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者脑损伤指标及氧化应激反应的影响

摘要 目的探讨早期高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者脑损伤指标及氧化应激反应的影响。方法选取2022年1月至12月就诊于本院的80例脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组入院第2天开始行高压氧治疗,对照组行常压下鼻导管吸氧治疗。对比两组神经功能、氧化应激反应指标、脑损伤相关指标。结果治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和脂质过氧化氢(LHP)、活性氧(ROS)水平低于治疗前,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平均高于治疗前,且观察组NIHSS评分和LHP、ROS水平低于对照组,CAT、SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组各指标检测值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期高压氧治疗可改善脑梗死患者神经功能与氧化应激反应,减轻脑损伤。 Objectives To investigate the effects of early hyperbaric oxygen therapy on brain injury indexes and oxidative stress response in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the observation group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the 2nd day of admission,while the control group received nasal catheter oxygen inhalation therapy under normal pressure.The neurological function,oxidative stress response indicators,and indexes related to brain injury were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the levels of lipid hydrogen peroxide(LHP),and reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The levels of catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were significantly higher than those before treatment.The NIHSS scores,the LHP and ROS level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,whilethe CAT and SOD levelin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),myelin basic protein(MBP),and amyloid A(SAA)in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the detection values of each indicator in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Early hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the neurological function and oxidative stress response in patients with cerebral infarction and reduce brain injury.
