Discussion on Metrological Verification Method and Design of Verification Device of VeBe Consistometer

为保证交通基础设施建设工程的质量,加强交通运输行业计量器具的管理,填补维勃稠度仪量值溯源技术的空白,该文明确了维勃稠度仪的关键技术参数,提出了性能指标要求及维勃稠度仪检定方法,并研究搭建了维勃稠度仪计量检定装置。最终通过实验验证了检定方法的可行性与技术参数的合理性,为交通部门计量检定规程的制定打下了坚实的基础。

In order to ensure the quality of transportation infrastructure construction projects,strengthen the management of metrological equipment in the transportation industry,and fill the gaps in the traceability technology of the VeBe consistometer,this paper clarifies the key technical parameters of the VeBe consistometer,puts forward the requirements of the performance indexes and the method of verification of the VeBe consistometer and independently researches and develops the VeBe consistometer metrological verification device.Finally,the feasibility of the verification method and the reasonableness of the technical parameters are verified through experiments,which lays a solid foundation for the development of measurement and verification regulations in the transportation sector.
