摘要
针对目前医用高值耗材管理消耗大量人力资源,管理流程不规范且难以实现全过程追溯等问题,该文研发了一种基于物联网的医用高值耗材管理系统。系统由终端和云服务器平台组成。终端采用射频识别技术实现耗材信息自动识别与出入库信息盘点,通过无线移动通信模块进行数据上传。云服务器平台以SQL Server作为后端数据库管理系统,采用MVC模式构建Web应用,实现内容呈现和用户交互。经河南、天津等多家医疗机构部署应用,结果表明该系统能够提高管理效率、规范管理流程、实现医用高值耗材全过程追溯管理。
In response to the issues of resource-intensive management,non-standardized processes,and difficulties in achieving full-process traceability in the management of medical high-value consumables,this study has developed a medical high-value consumables management system based on the Internet of Things(IoT).The system consists of terminals and a cloud server platform.The terminals employ RFID technology to enable automatic identification of consumables information and conduct inventory checks for in/out processes,with data uploaded through wireless mobile communication modules.The cloud server platform utilizes SQL Server as the backend database management system and adopts the MVC pattern to construct a Web application for content presentation and user interaction.The application has been deployed in multiple medical institutions in Henan,Tianjin,and other regions,with results indicating that the system can enhance management efficiency,standardize management processes,and achieve complete traceability in the management of medical high-value consumables.
