摘要
为克服矿房大直径深孔微差爆破存在的不足,根据波动学理论,依据柱状药包单孔爆破应力传播衰减规律,圈定了微差爆破前后起爆孔距和延期时间范围,进一步推导出两孔微差爆破的叠加应力场函数解析式。在此基础上,依据Mises准则反推得出孔网参数与延期时间计算公式。通过LS-DYNA模拟计算和现场工业试验,对比应力场分布情况和实际爆破效果,验证了理论分析的合理性。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of large diameter deep hole millisecond blasting in underground mine,according to the theory of wave theory,based on the attenuation law of stress propaga-tion of single hole blasting with cylindrical charge,the range of initiation hole distance and delay time be-fore and after millisecond blasting are delineated,and the superposition stress field function of two hole mil-lisecond blasting is further deduced.On this basis,the calculation formula of hole network parameters and delay time is deduced according to Mises criterion.The rationality of the theoretical analysis was verified by comparing the stress field distribution and the actual blasting effect through LS-DYNA simulation calcula-tion and field industrial test.
