大型金属矿山上下矿带同步开采通风系统方案研究与应用

摘要 金属矿山矿井通风系统随着开采顺序和开采方法的变化而调整,以满足安全通风需求。某大型铅锌矿山由一个矿带开采改为上下矿带同步开采,采矿方法改为上向水平分层进路式充填采矿法。通过对通风系统进行测定与分析,得出万吨耗风量小、通风能力不足、主扇和通风网路不匹配、风量分配不合理、新增矿带开采增加用风等问题,提出上下矿带整体综合分区,形成中央进风两翼回风的对角抽压混合式通风方案,并利用Ventsim软件对通风系统进行验证。工程应用实测表明,通风方案满足矿山井下生产需求。 The ventilation system of underground metal mines is adjusted with the change of mining se-quence and mining method to meet the demand of safety ventilation.A large lead-zinc mine changed from one ore belt mining to synchronous mining of upper and lower ore belts,and the mining method was changed to upward horizontal layered approach filling mining method.Through the measurement and analysis of the ventilation system,it is concluded that the air consumption of 10,000 tons is small,the ventilation capacity is insufficient,the main fan and the ventilation network do not match,the air volume distribution is unrea-sonable,and the new ore belt mining increases the use of wind and other issues.The overall comprehensive partition of the upper and lower ore belts is proposed to form a diagonal forced-exhaust ventilation scheme with central inlet and two wings return air,and the ventilation system is verified by Ventsim software.The en-gineering application shows that the ventilation scheme meets the underground production demand of the mine.
