提高武山铜矿细粒黄铁矿回收率试验研究

摘要 武山铜矿选矿厂一段旋流器溢流硫品位为8.46%,且粒度极细,-10μm粒级产率达44.93%、硫分布率达44.20%。为提高现场细粒硫回收效果,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,二次分级旋流器适宜的溢流管、沉砂嘴直径分别为48、20 mm,二次分级沉砂硫分配率为73.40%,较现场旋流器参数下提高2.13个百分点;试验确定的捕收剂乙基黄药粗选总用量为140 g/t,对应的粗选1、扫选1、扫选2用量分别为80、40、20 g/t;试样的旋流器分级沉砂采用1粗2扫、中矿合并返回流程处理,与中矿顺序返回流程相比,在精矿硫品位略低的情况下硫回收率提高了1.7个百分点;将现场细粒浮选2次扫选精矿合并给入粗粒浮硫扫选2作业,可提高硫回收率1.4个百分点,工业试验指标较好。 The sulfur grade of the first-stage cyclone overflow in the concentrator of Wushan Copper Mine is 8.46%,and the particle size is extremely fine.The yield of-10μm particle size is 44.93%,and the sulfur distribution rate is 44.20%.In order to improve the effect of on-site fine sulfur recovery,a beneficia-tion test was carried out.The results show that the suitable diameters of the overflow pipe and the grit nozzle of the secondary classification cyclone are 48 mm and 20 mm respectively,and the sulfur distribution rate of the secondary classification grit is 73.40%,which is 2.13 percentage points higher than that of the on-site cyclone parameters.The total amount of collector ethyl xanthate determined by the test was 140 g/t,and the corresponding amounts of roughing 1,scavenging 1 and scavenging 2 were 80,40 and 20 g/t,respectively.The cyclone grading grits of the sample were treated by one roughing two scavenging and middling merging and returning process.Compared with the middling sequential returning process,the sulfur recovery rate was increased by 1.7 percentage points under the condition of slightly lower sulfur grade of the concentrate.The on-site fine-grained flotation two-time scavenging concentrate is combined into the coarse-grained sul-fur flotation two-time scavenging operation,which can increase the sulfur recovery rate by 1.4 percentage points,and the industrial test index is good.
