某钼矿塔磨机间歇磨矿系统研究

摘要 传统的塔磨机及其配套分级系统在一些特殊工况下无法发挥分级筛选作用,为解决磨矿产品粒度难以达到技术指标要求的问题,进行了ZTM系列塔磨机间歇磨矿研究。研究结果表明:间歇磨矿系统采取内循环细磨、定时定量供料方式,可以摆脱特殊磨矿工况对旋流器等分级设备的依赖性,充分体现塔磨机的细磨、超细磨能力;系统可以发挥节能降耗、防过磨等特点;以某钼尾矿样细磨台时处理能力25 t/h为例,在产品粒度为-0.045 mm80%,塔磨机磨矿周期20 min/次(每个周期实际磨矿时间13 min),设备实际负荷系数85%的情况下,对应宜配套400 kW电机。塔磨机间歇磨矿系统有望在矿山等领域的特殊工况下发挥细磨、超细磨作用。 The traditional tower mill and its supporting classification system can not play the role of classification and screening under some special working conditions.In order to solve the problem that the particle size of grinding products is difficult to meet the technical requirements,the intermittent grinding of ZTM series tower mill was studied.The results show that the intermittent grinding system adopts the internal circulation fine grinding and timing quantitative feeding mode,which can get rid of the dependence of spe-cial grinding conditions on cyclone and other classification equipment,and fully reflect the fine grinding and ultrafine grinding capacity of tower mill.The system can give full play to the characteristics of energy saving consumption reducing and prevention overground.Taking molybdenum tailings sample fine grinding table processing capacity of 25 t/h as an example,when the product particle size is-0.045 mm 80%,the grinding cycle of the tower mill is 20 min/time(the actual grinding time of each cycle is 13 min),and the ac-tual load coefficient of the equipment is 85%,the corresponding 400 kW motor should be matched.The in-termittent grinding system of tower mill is expected to play the role of fine grinding and ultra-fine grinding under special working conditions in mining and other fields.
