活性酵母对湖羊生长性能、血液指标的影响

摘要 试验通过向育肥期湖羊饲粮精料中添加一定剂量的活性酵母,探究其对湖羊生长性能、血液指标的影响。选取20 kg左右的育肥期湖羊40只,随机分成对照组、A酵母组、B酵母组和C酵母组,每组5个重复,每个重复2只羊,试验期30 d,酵母组饲粮精料中分别添加1.5 g/kg的不同活性酵母。结果表明:①A酵母组的日采食量和日增重均高于对照组,B酵母组的日采食量低于对照组但日增重高于对照组,C酵母组的日采食量和日增重均低于对照组,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。②B酵母组和C酵母组的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均高于对照组(P>0.05),而A酵母组GSH-Px活性则低于对照组(P>0.05)。③A酵母组的丙二醛(MDA)含量高于对照组(P>0.05),B酵母组和C酵母组的MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。④相比于对照组,A酵母组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性较低,而B酵母组和C酵母组的SOD活性则较高。3个处理组的总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)相比于对照组均有所降低,其中C酵母组最低且差异显著(P<0.05)。⑤3个处理组中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的含量与对照组相比均有所提升,其中B酵母组的IgA含量最高,C酵母组的IgM含量最高,但差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮精料中添加1.5 g/kg的活性酵母,能够提高湖羊的抗氧化能力和免疫能力,但不同酵母产品间效果存在差异。 This experiment aimed to explore the effects of adding a certain amount of active yeast in the diet concentrate during fattening period on the growth performance and blood indexes of Hu sheep.A to⁃tal of 40 fattening Hu sheep with about 20 kg were randomly divided into control group,group A,group B and group C,with 5 replicates in each group and 2 sheep in each replicate.The experimental period was 30 days,and 1.5 g/kg active yeast was added to the diet concentrate of each group.The test results were as follows:①the daily feed intake and daily gain of group A were higher than those of control group,the daily feed intake of group B was lower than that of control group but the daily gain was higher than that of control group,the daily feed intake and daily gain of group C were lower than those of con⁃trol group,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).②The activity of GSH-Px in group B and C was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05),while that in yeast group A was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).③The MDA content in group A was higher than that in control group(P>0.05),and the MDA content in group B and group C was significantly lower than that in con⁃trol group(P<0.05).④Compared with the control group,the SOD activity of group A was lower,while the SOD activity of group B and group C was higher.T-AOC of the three treatment groups was lower than that of the control group,and the C group was the lowest and the difference was significant(P<0.05).⑤The contents of IgA and IgM in the three treat⁃ment groups were higher than those in the control group(P>0.05).The content of IgA in group B was the highest,and the content of IgM in group C was the highest,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In summary,adding 1.5 g/kg active yeast to the diet concentrate can improve the antioxidant ca⁃pacity and immunity of Hu sheep,but the effects of different yeast products are different.
