摘要
目的:探讨心律失常者采取胺碘酮联合美托洛尔对睡眠质量、心功能、不良反应影响。方法:选取2021年8月至2023年2月平潭综合实验区医院收治的心律失常患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予胺碘酮药物持续治疗3周,观察组则予以胺碘酮联合美托洛尔持续治疗3周。评价2组治疗前及治疗3周的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]。结果:2组患者治疗3周PSQI各因子评分与总分、LVESD、LVEDD均较治疗前降低,而观察组治疗3周各指标都要低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗3周的LVEF指标较治疗前提高,观察组治疗3周指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常,可明显改善患者睡眠质量以及心功能。
Objective:To investigate the effects of amiodarone combined with metoprolol on sleep quality,cardiac function and adverse reactions in patients with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with arrhythmia admitted to Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area Hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone for 3 weeks,and the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with metoprolol for 3 weeks.The sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI))and cardiac function(left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD))were evaluated before and after 3 weeks of treatment in both groups.Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,PSQI scores and total scores,LVESD and LVEDD were lower in both groups than before treatment,while all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,the LVEF index of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the LVEF index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amiodarone combined with metoprolol can significantly improve sleep quality and cardiac function in patients with arrhythmia.
