中医铜砭刮疹在脑梗死偏瘫肢体恢复期中应用的护理效果及对睡眠质量的影响

The Nursing Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Copper Needle Scraping in the Recovery Period of Hemiplegic Limbs after Cerebral Infarction and Its Impact on Sleep Quality

目的:探讨中医铜砭刮疹在脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体恢复期中应用的效果。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年5月福建泉州市中医院脑病科收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组行常规护理,观察组增加中医铜砭刮疹护理,比较2组肢体功能评分、日常生活能力、生命质量、睡眠质量、满意度。结果:护理前,2组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组FMA评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组Barthel指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组Barthel指数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组脑卒中专用生命质量量表(SS-QOL)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组SS-QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者阿森斯睡眠质量量表(AIS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组AIS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医铜砭刮疹在脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体功能障碍恢复期中应用,可有效改善患者的肢体功能,提升其自主生活能力,进而使其生活受到的限制减少,并获得良好的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine copper needle scraping on limb recovery in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 88 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Divide into two groups using a random number table,each with 44 cases.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received extra traditional Chinese medicine copper needle scraping care.The limb function score,daily living ability,quality of life,sleep quality,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the Fugl Meyer motor function score(FMA)between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05);the FMA score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Barthel index between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the Barthel index in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison between the two groups of stroke specific quality of life scales(SS-QOL)before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the SS-QOL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the comparison between the two groups of patients with the Arsens Sleep Quality Scale(AIS)before nursing care;After nursing,the AIS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine copper needle scraping in the recovery period of limb dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia can effectively improve their limb function,enhance their autonomous living ability,and reduce the limitations on their daily lives,thus achieving good sleep quality.
