CAM-ICU评分策略护理对ICU综合征患者生命质量及睡眠的影响

Effect of CAM-ICU Scoring Strategy Nursing on Quality of Life and Sleep in Patients with ICU Syndrome

目的:ICU综合征患者应用CAM-ICU评分策略护理的效果。方法:选取2021年3月~2022年3月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的ICU综合征患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。比较常规护理和CAM-ICU评分策略护理临床效果。结果:护理后,观察组患者SAS、SDS心理状态评分及睡眠质量评分低于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICU综合征患者应用CAM-ICU评分策略护理,可以减轻患者心理负面情绪,改善其生命质量及睡眠质量,有助于降低其并发症,提升其护理满意度,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the nursing effect of CAM-ICU scoring strategy in patients with ICU syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with ICU syndrome in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into 2 groups,and the clinical effect of routine nursing and CAM-ICU scoring strategy was compared.Results:The SAS and SDS psychological status scores and sleep quality scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of CAM-ICU scoring strategy nursing for patients with ICU syndrome can alleviate the negative psychological emotions of patients,improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients,help reduce the complications of patients,and enhance the satisfaction of patients′nursing,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and application.
