中小城市快速通道体系规划布局研究——以常州新北区为例

Research on the Planning and Layout of Rapid Transport System in Small and Medium sized Cities for Changzhou Xinbei Area

针对中小城市快速通道体系不完善的问题,提出以降低标准的“准快速路”作为快速路网的补充,构建与出行需求相适应的快速通道体系.以常州市新北区为例,系统性介绍了新北区快速通道体系规划需求分析、规划目标、规划原则以及布局方案,为其他中小城市提供借鉴.

In response to the problem of incomplete rapid transport systems in small and medium-sized cities,a“quasi expressway”with reduced standards is proposed as a supplement to the rapid transport network to build a rapid transport system that is suitable for travel needs.Taking the Xinbei Area of Changzhou City as an example,this paper systematically introduces the planning needs analysis,planning objectives,planning principles,and layout optimization schemes of the rapid transport system in the Xinbei Area,providing experience and reference for other small and medium-sized cities.
