纪检监察本科专业设置机理与学科发展研究——基于扎根理论的探索

Research on the Mechanism of Major Setting and Discipline Development of Undergraduate Inspection and Supervision and——Exploration Based on Grounded Theory

高校纪检监察本科专业申设如火如荼,学科发展事业方兴未艾。文章利用Nvivo12 Plus软件对17所高校纪检监察本科专业的申报材料、5所成功申设本科专业高校的培养方案进行扎根理论分析,明晰高校设置纪检监察本科专业的机理与学科发展的重点难点。研究发现:内外部资源的整合、学生的科学培育、高水平教师团队、教学物质和资源匹配架构奠定了专业设置和学科发展的基点;党政职能部门的支持是学科发展的重要力量。研究认为:纪检监察学科申设和学科发展具有个性,培养目标要立足党政目标;专业设置上要体现跨学科的整合性,依托于法学但区别于法学;课程体系设置要重点突出,专业课程比例不低于六成;应全盘考量学生培养和就业,着眼于整个社会治理体系,体现交叉学科和新兴学科的优势。各个高校只有求同存异、协同合作,形成学科共同体,方能推动纪检监察学良性发展,满足纪检监察事业高质量发展的需要。

The application for undergraduate majors in discipline inspection and supervision in colleges and universities is in full swing,and the cause of discipline development is in the ascendant.Through Nvivo12 Plus,the application materials for undergraduate majors in 17 colleges and universities and the training programs for successful undergraduate majors in 5 universities were analyzed to clarify the mechanism of discipline inspection and supervision of undergraduate majors in colleges and universities and the key points and difficulties in discipline development.The study finds that the integration of internal and external resources,the scientific cultivation of students,high-level faculty,teaching materials and resource matching structure lay the foundation for professional setting and discipline development;the support of party and government functional departments is an important force for the development of disciplines.The study believes that the application for the discipline of discipline inspection and supervision and the development of discipline has its own features,and the training goal should be based on the goals of the party and government;the professional setting should reflect the integration of interdisciplinarity,relying on but different from law;the curriculum system should be focused,and the proportion of professional courses should not be less than 60%;student training and employment should be considered holistically,focusing on the entire social governance system,reflecting the advantages of interdisciplinary and emerging disciplines.Only by seeking common ground while reserving differences,cooperating and forming a disciplinary community can all colleges and universities promote the benign development of discipline inspection and supervision and meet the needs of high�quality development of discipline inspection and supervision.
