Tourist's behavior is the focus in the development of mountain tourism theory, but there is few researches on the generating mechanism of mountain tourists'positive emotions.Based on the affordance theory and emotional appraisal theory, this study constructs a conceptual model in which the relations among mountain tourists-environment fit, tourism involvement, flow experience, and positive emotions are presented.Structural equation and Bootstrap method are used to conduct the analysis of the research. The research results are as follows:1)Mountain tourist-environment fit directly and positively impacts the tourist's involvement.2)The positive emotions of mountain tourists are directly affected by flow experience.3)The positive emotions of mountain tourists are directly affected by flow experience.4)Mountain tourist-environment fit significantly and positively impact tourists'positive emotions through the chain conduction effect of tourist involvement and flow experience. The study explains the micro-process of positive emotions generation from the perspective of tourist-environment fit, which has important theoretical significance for promoting the humanistic turn of mountain tourism research, and can provide certain enlightenment for the experience design and marketing innovation of mountain tourism destinations.
